Gilad Rozen has extensive experience in telecom industry management, business development, and engineering, with a focus on carrier-class telecom systems, digital communications technology, and transport and access networking. Most recently he served as SVP of products and technology and VP of engineering at Actelis Networks. He has also held senior engineering and management positions at NICE systems and at an elite R&D unit of the Israeli Defense Forces. Mr. Rozen received his B.Sc. EE (cum laude) from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology, and his MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Ram Zamir is a worldwide expert in the fields of information theory, coding, and signal processing. He has published more than one hundred papers in these fields, on topics such as data compression and advanced communication. He has served as an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, a journal of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers professional society, and as the head of the Israeli IEEE Information Theory Chapter. Prof. Zamir received his B.Sc. EE, M.Sc. EE and Ph.D. EE, all summa cum laude, from Tel-Aviv University. He performed post-doctoral research at Cornell University and University of California at Santa Barbara, and expanded his research experience during a one-year sabbatical at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ronny Barak brings to Celeno extensive experience in finance and management of hi-tech companies. Prior to joining Celeno, Mr. Barak served as CFO at Outsmart, CFO and VP Economics at ACB real-estate and held senior finance and management positions at Starhome and Partner Communications. Prior to that, he served as Head of Finance with the General Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, Division of the Financial Adviser. Mr. Barak received his B.Sc. (summa cum laude) in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Stony Brook University, NY and his M.A. (honors) in Business Economics from Tel-Aviv University.

Nir Shapira brings to Celeno over two decades of experience in the fields of communication theory, signal processing and wireless communications. Nir joined Celeno from the day of its inception and was responsible for forming the technological infrastructure and intellectual property of the company. He also represents Celeno in IEEE 802.11 standardization activities. Prior to joining Celeno, Nir held various managerial roles in Conexant, developing state-of-the-art wireless, DSL and voice band communication technologies. He served in an elite R&D unit of the IDF. Nir received a B.Sc. in EE and Physics (summa cum laude) from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University.

Lior Weiss brings to Celeno more than a decade of experience in the telecom industry, with proven success developing marketing programs and leading marketing teams to implement them. He has special expertise in market strategy, product differentiation, and market communication programs. Mr. Weiss has held multiple senior positions at AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC) and Seabridge (a Siemens-Nokia company), including roles in business development, product marketing and product management. He most recently served as VP Marketing, Media Gateways for AudioCodes. Mr. Weiss received his B.Sc. EE and MBA degrees from Tel Aviv University.

Leonid Itkin brings to Celeno over 25 years of experience in R&D management, product management and project management in the high-tech industry. Prior to his current position at Celeno, Mr. Itkin has held the position of Senior Director of Customer Solutions. Before that, Mr. Itkin served as VP R&D at Actelis Networks and as Product Line Manager at Telrad Networks. Mr Itkin received his M.Sc with honors in Computer Systems from the Belarusian-Russian University.

Ronen Peleg brings to Celeno more than a decade of sales management experience and success establishing sales channels and strategic business relationships in the EMEA telecommunications market. His previous positions include VP sales, Actelis Networks; sales director, SeaBridge Networks (a Siemens Company); and sales director, ECI Telecom in Israel and Germany. Mr. Peleg received his B.Sc. in computer science from Buckingham University in England and his masters in management science from Boston University Brussels, Belgium.

Kapriel Karagozyan brings to Celeno proven sales and business development experience establishing worldwide sales channels and growing revenues for nascent semiconductor businesses. His previous positions include a series of senior roles at SmartLink as director of business development, VP sales and COO. He also held applications engineering and program and sales management positions at Conexant and Analog Devices. Mr. Karagozyan received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. EE & CS degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Susie Vaknin brings extensive experience in recruiting, training, organizational and management development to Celeno. In her previous position as Human Resources VP at FlexLight Networks, Ms. Vaknin was responsible for worldwide recruiting, organizational development, training, and compensation. She has also held senior HR positions at SeaBridge Networks, a Siemens company. Ms. Vaknin received her B.A. in political science from Haifa University and her masters in HR management from the University of Derby.
