Gilad Rozen - Board Director

Gilad RozenGilad Rozen brings extensive experience in management, business development and engineering in the telecom industry, with a focus on carrier-class telecom systems, digital communications modem technology, and transport and access networking. Most recently he served as SVP of products and technology and VP of engineering at Actelis Networks, Inc. Prior to that he held senior engineering and management positions at NICE systems and at an elite R&D unit of the Israeli Defense Forces.

Mr. Rozen holds a B.Sc. EE (cum laude) from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Zev Rosenzweig – Board Director

 Zev RosenzweigMr. Rosenzweig is a senior executive with thirty years experience in the realization of high value technology programs. A graduate of McGill University (Montreal, Canada) in engineering, common law and civil law, Mr. Rosenzweig began his career in the design of structures for nuclear power stations. Progressing through several levels of management, he was responsible for various complex nuclear power station programs. Joining Unisys Defense Services (later Lockheed Martin), Mr. Rosenzweig led and managed various multibillion dollar programs.

Most recently, Mr. Rosenzweig held the position of vice president in charge of the Military Aviation Training Division of Bombardier, Inc., a diversified transportation company and the third-largest producer of passenger aircraft worldwide.

Isaac Hillel – Board Director

Isaac HillelMr. Isaac Hillel, Managing General Partner at Pitango Venture Capital, has extensive experience in international general management in the IT industry, with strong knowledge of the European marketplace. Prior to joining Pitango in early 2000, Mr. Hillel served as an Executive Vice President at NEC Computers International (previously Packard Bell NEC) ("NEC"), in charge of the Computer Divisions in Europe, Middle East and Africa. During his tenure at NEC, he established the operation in Europe, set up subsidiaries and manufacturing facilities across Europe, managed mergers and joint ventures, and led the company to become the leading brand in the computer market with over $1.5 billion in sales.

Mr. Hillel previously held several marketing positions with consumer electronics maker Casio PhoneMate.

Mr. Hillel holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Yoram Snir – Board Director

Yoram SnirMr. Snir Yoram joined Greylock in 2005 after seven years at Cisco Systems. At his last position with Cisco Yoram lead the corporate international business development team, responsible for its acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships efforts in Europe, Asia Pacific and Israel as well as in the global service provider technology space.

Before Cisco, Yoram was with ClassData Inc, a company that developed and marketed software for policy-based provisioning of differentiated services over IP networks. The company was acquired by Cisco in May 1998. Prior to Classdata Yoram held several management positions with other companies.

Mr. Snir received his MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and B.Sc. Cum Laude in Computer Science from the Tel Aviv University.

Victor Tsao

Victor TsaoVictor Tsao is Linksys' co-founder/CEO, Senior Vice President, Emeritus of Cisco Systems, and currently the Chairman of Miven Holdings. Victor served as the President and CEO of Linksys for 15 years before it was acquired by Cisco in June 2003. As president and CEO, Victor built and led Linksys to become the leading provider of networking hardware for the home and small business with a revenue market share to date of over 50%.

Victor has contributed his efforts in helping start-up companies and projects in the Tsao Family Foundation. A great majority of his time is based in Beijing (Greater China), and he is involved in multiple aspects of Greater China market development projects.

Victor has an MBA, MS and BS in computer science from Pepperdine University, Illinois Institute of Technology, and Tamkang University in Taiwan, respectively. Victor was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" in January 2004 by Inc. Magazine, and Orange County "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst Young in 1999. Victor also received the 2003 Orange County Business Journal "Excellence in Entrepreneurship" award, as well as the 2003 Southern California Monte Jade Science & Technology Association "Distinguished Business Achievement" award and the 2004 USPAAC (US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce) "Excellence in Business" award. The USPAAC also named Victor as one of the top 10 most influential Asian American business leaders of 2005. Victor was also the recipient of Entrepreneur of the Year award from International Leadership Foundation (ILF) in July 2006. He serves as a member of the 2006-2008 National Judge panel for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Program."

Ervin Leibovici

Ervin LeiboviciErvin Leibovici is the CEO of Bitband, a world leader in providing Content Delivery Network (CDN) solutions for IPTV.

Prior to joining BitBand, Leibovici spent five years with SGI where he was the region manager of SGI EMEA and owned full P&L responsibility for SGI business in most of the countries in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region.

Before that, Leibovici held managing director positions for the Israeli subsidiaries of SGI and Cray Research, the supercomputer company.

Ervin has a B.Sc degree in Computer Science for the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Rekanati Business School at the Univeristy of Tel-Aviv.
